Please submit your claim through our Contact Form. Be sure to describe the issue in detail and include the following:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order

Attach a clear, well-lit photo of the damaged item(s). Clear images help us review and process your claim much faster.
Important Notes:
- Our support window is 30 days from the order date. All claims must be submitted within this period.
- Please do not submit multiple claims through different channels. Doing so may cause delays in processing your request.
